How can we be Fruitful without Multiplying?
Good morning to the fellas
How about I just heard the "backwardest" statements that made me stop and think then realize that there may be some truth to it.
Ok so im listening to this guy talk about this young lady that we know only by face. Well this guy is sort of fascinated better yet infatuated with this young lady to the point he gets the dookie face every time he sees her. You know me my focus is on the fact that she sounds like Michel’le in da mouth and keep it movin. So im like “Yo Step to Son” brotha said “Naaaa she prob married with kids and what not” ok ok he has respects the covenant so he’s a righteous brotha. So im like “Na she’s not” which is true due to me scheming on a pyramid in the past, so then this brotha said, and this is where it gets weird.
“Word she’s not, yeah but she prob crazy then.” Im thinking “HuH” so he says “yeah she’s prob crazy, they usually are if they single, look good and don’t have a man, that tells me something is wrong with them” Now at this point im like ok your buggin then I thought about it for a sec, and realized this is not the first time im hearing this.
When did we get to a point where single men view single women as unattainable and would much rather go after the married ones b/c it has been somehow placed in our thinking that those are the ones that are emotionally stable enough for me to try and get for my own? (and of course im using ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘my’ in the general sense)
The enemy is really subtle in his attacks and the end results are often devastating. I would almost bet to say that this same thinking is the result of the widespread mancakism, but peep how slow it developed, until recently, this thinking has become a deterrent for finding the one HE has created for you to be fruitful and multiply with.

The Black Man
What's good peeps? It's been a minute but we're back and it's much needed. These are my thoughts as I lay me down to sleep...What's happening with the black man? This question has been asked again and again over time...The Lord has had me stuck in Ecclesiastes 7 for about 2 weeks now. Black men I ask you this...What do you feel about your name? Where do you seek your knowledge? What's your plan(s)? If you read this chapter you'll know why I ask these questions. There's so much more to pull from this but I'll start with just this. How many of have dreams but daily do nothing about seeing them become a reality? Time's a waisting...Is there honor and respect about what you desire and how you'll go about attaining this goal? The saddest thing that crosses my mind is brothers think it's not cool to have some sense, get an education and aspire a respectable career. Too many feel the need to thug, then wonder why they caught in the "Trap"...The only traps are the ones we've set for ourselves when we choose to point the blame at everyone else and not take responsibility for our own lives. Yeah, we may have been dealt a raw deal, but who says you cannot and won't be the one to change that curse passed from generation to generation. There is a respectable way to make a way for yourself in order to leave an inheritance for your children's children...Peace...Get at me people!
Is it Really Over?
I had to come in on This Sat to tell you guys that if you haven’t heard any of the new Roots joint, you are officially crazy. OFFICIALLY
Front to back this joint is blazing.
Its conceptual without being gimmicky its smooth without being Sade-ish the production is original without sounding to risky Thought comes off sort of like the Curtis Mayfield of our times instead of being the anaconda of past that would squeeze potency through his lungs he is now the Viper hitting you with venom of thought that paralyzes. (peep track 8 The Day: off the album)
“I got to try different things in these trying times/twenty ten is different than it was in nine five/its come alive time. I picked a fine time/for getting open off life like a fine wine”
The guest artists where picked like when you and your Grandmother select melons for its freshness. If this is in fact their last joint they are leaving with the bar.
Oh and for all yall that know about the track 7 theory………..YES!!! and it’s the shortest joint on the whole album and its not a skit
