I had to come in on This Sat to tell you guys that if you haven’t heard any of the new Roots joint, you are officially crazy. OFFICIALLY
Front to back this joint is blazing.
Its conceptual without being gimmicky its smooth without being Sade-ish the production is original without sounding to risky Thought comes off sort of like the Curtis Mayfield of our times instead of being the anaconda of past that would squeeze potency through his lungs he is now the Viper hitting you with venom of thought that paralyzes. (peep track 8 The Day: off the album)
“I got to try different things in these trying times/twenty ten is different than it was in nine five/its come alive time. I picked a fine time/for getting open off life like a fine wine”
The guest artists where picked like when you and your Grandmother select melons for its freshness. If this is in fact their last joint they are leaving with the bar.
Oh and for all yall that know about the track 7 theory………..YES!!! and it’s the shortest joint on the whole album and its not a skit

yoooo i just got your email and ummm although i love the roots some of the there total bodies of work have been hit or miss with me ive alway been stuck on illadelph half life but i cant front i just peeped walk alone, how i got over (video was bangin) and am listening to fire featurin john legend while im typing this and ummmm this so far is a full on hit for me dude!!!! i have strange tastes and i just like what i like and i really am diggin this too the fullest-dirk da jerk..
