So I was watching the First 48 last night. This kid gunned down a brother and his wife over some crack. This brother shot them execution style in front of their 2 kids. One of the kids was 2 and one was 3. The detectives took the 3 year old and interviewed her. The 3 year old said, "My momma fell and now she is dead. The man with the thing that went "boom" did it." And then she kept saying, "My momma and daddy are dead."

I literally shed a few tears fellas. It was so sad man. It made me think about the conscious, or lack thereof, of our young brothers who are doing this. Who shoots two people over some crack, execution style, in front of a 2 and a 3 year old? It was so disheartening...So they interviewd the possible suspect and of course he denied any involvement. 2 weeks later, he was shot execution style as well. The cycle has to stop fellas. The enemy is winning man, and I thought about all the cats in hip-hop who make this crap seem righteous, like killing mofos and selling crack is a rite of passage. Bruh...I got pissed off man.

We gotta work harder to get the message out man.
